Rachel handles cases in all areas of U.S. immigration law, especially family-based immigration, naturalization, and removal defense. She also prepares writs of mandamus to the Federal District Court seeking adjudication of long-pending delayed applications. After finishing law school at Hofstra University School of Law, Rachel and her husband moved to Australia for 15 months where she studied, traveled, and began working at an Australian Immigration firm. This is where her interest in immigration started. Upon returning, she began working in U.S. immigration and has been hooked ever since. Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Rachel is happy to be back in Atlanta permanently, doing the work she loves.
