Biography
Sam handles cases in all areas of U.S. immigration law, including employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, naturalization and removal defense. After beginning his career with SCHWARTZ POSEL Immigration Law Group as a paralegal in 2003, Sam decided to attend law school in 2011. Sam graduated as the valedictorian of Atlanta's John Marshall Law School in 2014 and was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2015. Sam currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Georgia-Alabama Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) as the Chapter Treasurer, and previously chaired the Chapter’s USCIS liaison committee. Originally from Ann Arbor, MI, Sam and his family currently make their home in Atlanta.
