Dale Schwartz is the author of various articles on immigration law and has served as the National President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (1986-87). Dale serves on a number of national boards of organizations concerned with immigration and refugee matters, and has testified as an expert witness before committees of the U.S. House of Representatives and the United States Senate on immigration legislation. He has been extensively honored for his contributions in the immigration law field and has been a frequent guest on national radio and television programs (Nightline, 60 Minutes, CNN, etc.).
Attorney Schwartz is an Adjunct Professor of Immigration Law at Emory University School of Law, and was Co-Chairman of the Immigration Law Committee of the Section of Litigation of the American Bar Association. He was appointed as Chairman of the S.E. United States for the Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation by Lee Iacocca. He is also actively involved in the representation of companies, universities and employees in obtaining immigration benefits for persons seeking to come to or remain in the U.S.A.

Since 2005, Ms. Garcia has been an associate attorney at Dale Schwartz & Associates LLP, practicing in all areas of U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. She has over 7 years of experience handling family and employment based immigration cases. Ms. Garcia prepares family and employment-based immigrant visas, as well as and non-immigrant visa applications. Ms. Garcia regularly represents foreign nationals before U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Officer for Immigration Review (EOIR), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), the Department of Labor (DOL), the Department of State (DOS), and the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), seeking both employment and family based adjustment of status, immigrant and non-immigrant visas, naturalization, TPS, asylum and cancellation of removal.

In 2010-2011 Ms. Garcia served as the chair for the AILA Atlanta Chapter Asylum Committee working with USCIS officers to resolve issues confronting foreign nationals.
